Bright Peter - Co-founder
The Visionary Behind the Venture
Bright Peter is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and marketing communications professional with a passion for building businesses and turning opportunities into lasting value. As Co-founder of Hubright Farms Limited, he combines entrepreneurial instinct, strategic thinking, and the ambition to build an agribusiness with a future that extends beyond Nigeria.
His journey in agriculture began long before Hubright Farms. From raising chickens as a child to cultivating crops and learning the intricacies of catfish farming firsthand, Bright developed an early understanding of what it takes to grow something from the ground up. His experience working at a feed store in Ketu, Lagos, and raising catfish during his secondary school holidays gave him practical insight into the industry he would eventually help build a business around.
Today, Bright combines that hands-on experience with his expertise in business development, marketing, strategic partnerships, and growth. At Hubright Farms, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s commercial direction, strengthening its business model, expanding market opportunities, and building the partnerships needed to scale its operations across the agricultural value chain.

Hussaini Kwari - Co-founder
The Strategic Mind Behind the Growth.
Hussaini Kwari is an economist, public policy professional, and development practitioner whose expertise spans economic policy, public finance, data analytics, and strategic leadership. As Co-founder of Hubright Farms Limited, he brings financial expertise, analytical rigour, and business insight to the ambition of building a modern, commercially successful, and globally competitive African agribusiness.
His academic credentials reflect his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning. Hussaini holds a Mid-Career Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MSc in Energy Economics and Policy from the University of Surrey, and qualifications in Economics and Applied Accounting. He has also completed postgraduate training in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Austin and holds professional affiliations with leading accounting bodies, including ICAN and ACCA.
With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of government, business, and economic development, Hussaini has worked across policy analysis, revenue forecasting, institutional reform, and data-driven decision-making, including within Nigeria’s tax administration and the oil and gas sector. At Hubright Farms, he applies this wealth of experience to business strategy, financial discipline, institutional development, and long-term growth planning. He believes Africa’s agricultural potential can be unlocked through strategic investment, sound management, innovation, and stronger value chains.

Esther Ifeoma Okonjo - Managing Director

Esther Ifeoma Okonjo is a business and operations professional with expertise in business development, project management, client relations, and strategic coordination. As Managing Director of Hubright Farms Limited, she brings a customer-focused approach, operational discipline, and a commitment to building a sustainable agribusiness positioned for long-term growth.
With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos and ongoing postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Esther combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise in business management, operational strategy, and stakeholder relations. Her experience across the finance and hospitality sectors has strengthened her ability to lead teams, optimise operations, and translate business objectives into measurable progress.
